I cant see anything wrong with eht carb, so Im gonna look at the gov apparatus, see what I can find there

Did you by chance install the carb in such a way the linkage is not right?? Common problem and getting the part not in the correct slot

Pard, I F ed and F ed with that, but I Think I got it right. At least the face plate went up tight against the carb

(quoted from post at 04:26:59 07/26/21) Youll be back wanting to know how to fix the governor. Thats not your problem. Per your original post, youre not
getting fuel IF youll please READ MY origional post again, youll see where I took off the top still connected to the gas line, turned on the gas and moved the float up and down. It worked perfectly with gas flowing easily. Only thing I noticed after activating it around 16 times, was that the needle took a second or less before it would drop down........

I did read it, and you never answered the question of how good the flow out of the tank is, and how long it flows
without issue. You should be able to fill up a pint jar in a couple of minutes, maybe 3. If it flows fine, and still
cuts off after a few eco9nds of running, youre nor getting fuel, plain and simple. I can promise you 100% that the
governor doesnt cause your issue, so no need to open it up, or youll be back wanting to know how to fix that.
