international I6 serial number and question

my father in law has a international I6, 20 inch tires in front, 24 on rear,, it has a serial number of 1BK 27742 and then either Y2r, or I2r,, what would the later numbers be??,, this also has a massive dozer blade attached to it,, made by trojan road tools, manufactured by contractors machinery co , in batavia ny,,machine number 2571,, and model number prp 90..

it has a cab on it and I was t old it used to be a city plow in NYC,, anyone ever hear of this type of set up,, thank you,, also do you think this is a freak?? or rare??

Y-2 is for modified unit and if the letter is a B and not a R, the B is for high speed reverse attachment. Things you listed
was used on a I-6 with a snow plow. Should have a heavy duty front axle and two sets of wheel weights were added to tractor with blade. Think it's a 47 model.

I appreciate it,, so it is a snow plow , not a dozer blade?? yes heavy front end, and yes 2 sets of rear weights,, thank you,
 
Can't say for sure, blade set up looks heavy for a snow plow. Faster reverse, rim size heavy axle and other things were added to a regular I-6 by IH when using a snow plow. Same thing could probably be added for a dozer blade. Have some info about a snow blade, but no picture or what company IH used to get the blades. Can't find info for a dozer blade.
 
thanks this thing is heavy duty,, big shock absorbing pistons on front top of blade, the frame is solid,, not sure what to call it,, but the time has come for me to list it for sale so trying to get some info,, probably do a snow/dozer blade with pics of the heavy metal,, I appreciate all the experience' on this site
