IH Part - What is it?

This unopened bundle of IH parts has been laying in my dad's garage since the 1960's. Looks like some sort of parts replacement kit or accessory kit. It still has the IH Parts
Tag on it. Part No. 459389R91-B.

Looks like the locking mechanism to hold up a #37
disc ? Long rod is for holding hydraulic hoses off the
tongue and drawbar. Both take a beating under
normal use

I think crookedwrench is on to something. That long piece is a hose holder rod & it should fit several machines. Could use one for my baler. What are your plans for that kit?

Kind of looks like a Lift All one way cylinder adapter kit for something. Is that a hollow tube on the left?

Yes, the tube is hollow with a square plate welded to one end and open on the other tend.
