The tractor has been sitting about 10 years. Fuel is to pump but nothing coming out of return line or injector lines. The head is off so it spins over fast and easy. The fuel filters and fuel that was in it looked clean and good.

Most likely stuck pumping plungers but could be stuck metering valve. I personally would put my gauge on and check for primary fuel pressure and go from there. You can easily take top off pump and see if throttle moves the metering valve and if it doesn't a finger gently push it up and down and back and forth.

No way to see pumping plungers sooooo, a few raps on the solid portion of pump with a soft hammer might just jar them loose if you are really lucky. Other wise, it is tear down time.

I took the top cover off and wiggled stuff and have been tapping lightly on pump but still dead. Looks like I I'll have to pull it off tmrw. I just met the ups man and got my new head gasket but sucks i mizle get the injector pump working first while it's easy cranking.

I spent the entire day working on it and wasn't very optimistic but after the 2nd attempt putting it back on it works. Most likely was the 2 main pumping plungers, I had to hit them pretty hard with punch to get them out.
