yeah thats what i read to so im having a hard time figuring out what to order. I need a clutch and a few other things

Is there a serial number tag on it? If it's gone maybe post some of the casting numbers from the tractor and some of the IH experts on here can probably figure it out for you.

left side in front of clutch pedal I see a tag on bellhousing. see what is wrote on it. my vote is 404 because of white grille and no TA.

hello. You need to find the serial number. sometimes it is stamped onto the engine block above the distributor
It has all the appearance of a 404 utility.
Nowhere near an M, and definitely way off a cub. The other possibility is a 240 utility, but the front axle says 404.
look up images on google/farmall/utility

WHY O WHY do people that know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about tractors go AND BUY TRACTORS??? And they have NO IDEA WHAT THEY BOUGHT! But it's broken, doesn't run and they have to hire it fixed!

For the same reason most 16 year old kids buy a cheap car that needs TLC the day after they buy them

(quoted from post at 17:01:15 09/14/20) I found some pictures of a 140 that look similar but think yours is a little bigger
The 140 is offset like the A. That tractor does not look like it has cultivision.

Well im thinking its going to be the 404. Its the only one I can find with head lights like this. But I'm wondering about the wheel weights. Can't find a photo of one with weights
