dual steering arms on a 340 utility ?

So I have a older Int. 340 backhoe and someone who stopped over said he also had a 340 utility and noticed that mine has 2 steering arms up front and they then pushed 2 rods up at the king pin . I can see where it would be a better system as one pushes one tie rod the other side pulls and having heavy weight on the front end it would be easier for a steering box. so is it only the backhoes and the loader tractors that got the dual system ? anyone ever had one of these and had trouble with them as mine has been sitting for years and have not got it running yet to see if it even works . I noticed it feels like it might be stuck or frozen . does it run off the regular hydraulic system or have a separate fluid and pump for the power steering ?

As far as I know they all had two drag links running from the steering box to the front end.

They're the worst/weakest part of these tractors. Usually badly worn, and when they break, it's Lord of the Flies because there are no parts for them, and all the good used ones from salvage tractors have already been harvested. People are literally fighting over the scraps to patch one together enough to make it work.

so how do they get their fluid and where is the pump and supply.? do they use same hydraulics as the loader and hoe?

According to this assembly diagram, it's powered by the tractor hydraulics.

These tractors had two different possible systems, as shown by the two diagrams.
