I am going to say that it may just be the nature of the beast. They may always leak a small bit of compression
that you don’t even notice if the fuel wasn’t there to bubble. Did you have the glow plugs out? It may just take a
bit of running for carbon to seal them off again, same for the injectors. I am going by old Oldsmobile diesel cars
would do the same thing around the glow plugs if injector bleed fuel got around them. See if I get flamed on this
comment.
 
Yes the injectors and the glow plugs are new. But I still have the same problem the only way it'll start when cold is by using starting fluid. I did replace both batteries all the battery cables had tostarter rebuilt I only have a voltage drop on the starter side of the solenoid of approximately 1 volt while it's cranking so it drops to 10.5 or 11 volts while cranking
