Farmall colors

I'm doing an update on my old 560D and have located the proper paint and other items to bring it back closer to original. One item I'm not sure of is how the Farmall emblems on the hood were painted originally. Mine has worn down to pretty much just the aluminum of the emblem itself but I think at one time there was some paint on there. Anyone remember?

All the embossed or raised part of the emblem is plain aluminum. Everything else is red. If it's a LP GAS or DIESEL emblem, those letters are red
compared to the ribbed bar (under the 560 numbers) of the gasoline tractors which is plain ol' aluminum.

Mike, that sounds like the oval emblem on the front radiator panels. I'm trying to scope out the long rectangular emblem on the side of the long hood.

Thanks for the info on the diesel emblem, though. I thought the raised numbers and the ribbed bar were supposed to be white. Plain aluminum simplifies the repaint on that part.
