GOOD news, parts site...

wore out

We've been heard!

Here's the replied I received after grumbling to FIAT about their new parts site:

"The Customer Relations team for Case IH let me know that you have been having some issues with the new eCommerce site, specifically regarding aged or inactive part numbers. The issue regarding missing part number or part descriptions for parts that are no longer available has been brought to our attention. We are working on finding a solution to display these inactive parts. We expect it in the next 4-6 weeks.

If you have additional feedback on this or other issues regarding the new MyCNHiStore, please feel free to share them. We carefully review both customer and dealer feedback and concerns about the new site and are constantly adding new features or making adjustments to current ones."

Good deal - I have politely emailed them repeatedly as well, pointing out that their competition certainly has no problems displaying nla part numbers, and many of us have no problems switching brands, lol. If I can’t get parts to fix my machine, I’ll buy one, for which I can.

Not very true, for me at least, as I bleed as red as they come. But I was pretty upset not being able to search for parts online, which is how my old IH herd stays alive, lol.

Thanks for the good news!

(quoted from post at 10:16:45 08/15/20) Thank you Red,I was going to write a letter, now i don't have too.

Why don't you still write (email?) them, the more negative feed back on their "improvement" the better.

They probably have no idea how many of us still maintain older stuff.

This is fantastic!

Their new site stinks. Absolute garbage.

It is 2020 yet their online ordering/site navigation is like a time warp to 1998.
