Here's what ai got going on.
1972 544 gas gear drive narrow front row crop.
I had a bad leak coming through one of the o rings in one of the control lever shafts on this tractor. You have to remove the cylinder under the seat for the hitch in order to remove the control quadrant lever assembly. I did all that, replaced the o rings and got the leak stopped.
My question is about the set up of the internal draft controls.
2 levers. The lever to raid and lower the 2 point seems to be functioning as it should. The draft adjustment will only allow me to push it reward about half the distance of the of the travel slot. The lever is hitting something inside. I'm sure I put it back together properly.
Any ideas or good sources for information on the proper setup of this unit?
I have a reprint of the chassis repair manual. Low quality pictures and vague information has left me scratching my head.
