I would be interested to know how many also. Lucked out and the first F-20 I bought twenty years ago was a narrow tread. It was more difficult to load the parts tractor I found a year or two later that was not narrow! I now have 6 narrow tread versions. I suspect that the narrow version might have been better suited to certain row crops in the irrigated areas of central Washington. Certainly easier to haul the narrow versions.
 
I usedto have a narrow tread f20. I set the rears to 60" center to fit down a 30 " corn row.Not sure how wide it would go.Yes,in our furrow irrigated a NT tractor was more common than the regular tread. Even see a single front sometimes.Mine was acctually a factory 'High altitude Narrow tread'. It had 8000ft.high altitude pistons.
 
with production records gone we have no idea how many were made. regular narrows are alot rarer than 20 narrows
