Question #2 on 300 parts.

Could some one look up the gasket and seal for the rear axle along sith the inner seal for the independent PTO and big o-ring for mounting it back to the tractor? My PTO keeps blowing oil out the breather cap even if it is not being used. So the seal inside is letting oil from the transmission into the PTO.
I have the parts manual but not sure which part to use since there are two of them listed. Thanks!!!!!

Since the CaseIH online parts site has recently quit listing all part numbers and only includes those still available I am going to link the avspare parts listing. From what I see they designate A for 2 1/2 axle and B as the 2 3/4

Do you want the gasket for the cap on the end of the axle or the one for the ..trumpet.. housing bolts to the center diff housing? Number 17 part No. 359449R11 looks to me like the PTO seal you need in this diagram https://avspare.com/catalog/case/48949/53769/877585/

I had the o-ring for the PTO in the original post as well, but I had some troubles when I was submitting the post. In avspare you should be able to navigate to the diagram that shows the main rear center housing. It shows the o-ring there on a block off plate.

For 2-1/2 diameter axles the gasket for the outer cap is now 1342399c1 and seal is 87019059. Better off to use the old number for seal and cross to aftermarket 43722d, Last I checked the pto housing ring was 384398r1. Use two aftermarket seals in the pto input myself. SKF 15005. Thin enough to use one with seal lip to pto and other to transmission. To tell what axle you have measure the OD of axle at largest point. Or 2.5 axle wheels will have 3/4 bolts in wheel clamps and 2.75 will have 7/8.

Thanks guys!! I had some of these part numbers and some I did not. IHCase site had some items like a 7 and there was no 7 in the parts list. So like you said that part is no longer available. My parts manual is hard to read in places as the print is light on ink.
