W4 Air Cleaner Refill?

My owner's manual is not real clear - where do I put the oil for the oil bath? In the center ring, outer ring, or both of them?

Put it wherever you want. There is a hole for the oil to run through between the center ring and outer ring. It will seek its own level.

Got it. I remember that now from an old Case I tried to restore years ago. There is so much crud in the cup that I never noticed the hole. Its soaking in kerosene right now.

Their should be a full mark on the outside of the oil cup. And yes, holes to let inner and outer cups to let the oil even out level

I just dig it out with a screwdriver then wash in solvent. Add oil and done.
