Friend has a 340 that leaks between the pto and the differential. He has heard that you need to have the pto either engaged or not to remove the pto assembly. The pto feels like an over centering type clutch,
so with this info can somebody point me in the right direction. He has the fluids drained already. To me you would lift up on the handle to lock it, then start removal. The dealer gave him three large diameter
orings, and a seal. Couldn't make out the parts diagram very good, might stop by dealer and look at an actual IH manual since neither of us has a manual. Thanks chris
