Super MTA ???

I have my TA out of my MTA it is slipping in low. I have it all apart...The disk is ok and the litle rollers are not worn or scored at all.. what is my problem? Any help would be great thank you

the big clutch is ok
it dosn't slip in high range at all and i could make the TA slip in the housing with a bar

Are the springs holding the rollers against the TA sleeve? They could be stuck Also is the sleeve in good condition?
