How to find replacement injector pump seals for my IH66

Hi all - I have an IH 666 tractor with a Bosch injector pump on it. The pump has worn out at least one seal and a couple of O-rings.

Does anyone know where I might be able to look to buy the seals and O-rings for it? The Case/IH dealers around me are useless and won't sell me anything but a new injector pump at $1,000+. I know I've heard of taking these apart and just replacing the parts myself, but I can't find where exactly to get the right parts for it.

If it helps, here are the numbers off the pump:

Model: 100-6A-90A-9238-B4

Part #: 680 345 C92

RPM: 700/2000

Serial #: 7L64736

Thanks in advance if you're able to help!

You can just email Dieseltech if you want, the link will take you to one of his recent posts. View it in ..Classic View.. there is a box to email him there. You will have to provide some info and an email address to the ..Safe Mail.. system, but it is legit and none of your info will be shared in any way. I am a bit surprised you did not get other replies.

lo welcome to YT! Hopefully Dieseltech will see this and reply with info. He is a very helpful pump rebuilder. Many folks on here have shipped pumps to him for rebuilds and I have heard nothing but good things about his service. Al Baker Pump man is another poster on here that does pump work.

Generally tractor dealers don't get into the repairs of the injection pump itself, they farm the work out to a nearby authorized injection pump shop that is certified for that brand of pump.

GOOGLE for a Bosch-authorized shop near you.

Some will sell you parts and some, as a matter of policy won't.

There's a couple of injection pump repair guys on here that deal direct with tractor owners, likely they will see your post and offer more help/advice.

Today's Featured Article - Allis Chalmers ED40 - by Anthony West. Allis Chalmers as a tractor manufacturer in its own riht is but a memory. However the number of AC tractors still in existence today as either restored or unrestored examples is a testament to the quality of their products. This in itself is always apparent here in the U.K when attempting a purchase, as no matter what the model or condition the price will always be strong. ... [Read Article]
