Hey guys. New to the forum. I need help figuring out what I got. We ve had this parts tractor in our barn for decades. My grandfather used it for parts for our old Super WD-9 back when we had it. It s doing nothing but take up space in our barn now and I m looking to get rid of it. So two part question is what do I have and what s it worth.
I went looking for a serial number which they tractor data said was on the clutch housing. I can t find it. I looked at videos online and I see some differences between the tractors I m seeing and what I got, such as the instrument panel, wheels, floor ect. I don t know if it ms WD-6, a Super, or something else. I will post pictures with this post so you can look and tell me what you all think.
Second question is what is it worth. I d happily give it to someone who can use it for a build or maybe bring it back to life (though I doubt it). If I could get some money out of it to put back into the horse operation I m trying to start up, It would go a long way. I m told some of the parts are worth something. I just don t know what I have and don t want to either insult someone by asking for too much, or get taken to the cleaners because someone gave me $50 for $500 worth of part.
Thank you guys for the help and your time. I really appreciate it.
