Diagnosing antifreeze in oil on B

I am trying to determine how antifreeze is getting into my oil. I put in a new head gasket three years ago. I am guessing the sleeve o-rings are shot and a rebuild is needed, but I wanted to double check first. I have had the oil pan off for a couple days trying to see if I see any antifreeze on the bottom of the sleeves, but don?t see anything. Can somebody walk me through the test using the radiator to see if antifreeze is getting past the o-rings?

The easiest way is to test using the radiator is to find someone who has a cooling system pressure tester (pictured) just take the radiator cap off and put this on and pump it up, it will pressure up the system.
