help ID'ing this S C belly mounted tool bar....

I have had this Tool bar for a while now and am just now getting back to it. Which is why I am asking help to identify. I would like to know a model number, and also possibly find a manual.
I realize the green planters, and the home made chisel plow (Cultivator) are not part of the tool bar but it is and IH tool bar and mounting.

Probably known as a 'tool carrier'. I have a model 'A' JohnDeere with the same bar. Seen that very same set up on most other makes of tractors.
