1981 886 pulling a IH model 37 12 foot disk followed by a Oliver drop spreader.Filling that hopper with 50 lb. bags of lime is a good workout lol.

Thanks for the pictures! I can almost smell that freshly turned earth. What state are you in? Even though I live in MN the smells are from my days back on the farm in KS. I spent many hours on a 656 gasser turning over dirt with a 3-16 Oliver.
 
It looks like there is what I would call a pretty ...heavy sod bed... in that field. Very difficult to get a plow to cover that completely. Also from the way I was taught the soil looks a little wet so that adds to the problem.
 
A Ford plow, if you plow a little deep, will set the furrow on end. A little green shows but the good thing is one good rain and that ground will have deep moisture all summer.
