lots of ifs. condition of tractor and equipment. are tires good (a biggy) tires can cost lots of money. battery , good or not. leaking oil or coolant, etc. running or not. so on and so forth.

around here, i do not know about flail mower.

old tractor prices have dropped, in this area.

Tires look good, but I wouldn't go above $1,200.

Looks like it is a 1953 model. I doubt that the tires are original. From what i can see they hardly look weather cracked. Not sure what brand of tire the tractor came with. My 1952 model has Firestones on it. I don't think they are original either.
