F806 D RD Injector pump 339176-R92 attempting rebuild

I'm new to this forum but I have read about all the post related to the fuel injector pump on this site...might have missed a few.

I know that hard parts are not available but I was told that the rebuild kits for Roosa Master pumps are all the same. Does anyone know if a kit for the Roosa Master or Stanadyne kits would have the NON-Hard parts that would fit the RD pump?

If I have to Lathe/Mill the hard parts then so be it but it would be nice to have spare parts as well if anyone knows.

Thank for the quick response. I was wondering if you have tried or rebuilt an RD pump for that model? Looking for any gotchas or tips is why I'm asking. Thanks.

Don't know about the parts deal. I do know my 806 with the RD pump is still going. May go south one day. If it does I guess I'll decide then what will happen.

There are only a few places that will even look at one and fewer placces that know what they are doing and it is the OLD guys that do and the bad part about the OLD guys is that they are dyeing off , and NO your not going to be able to MACHINE any of the hard parts because you do not have the org Blue prints and or the stock to do so . That pump- has been out of production since the mid 60's as to the exact date i can not say when they shut the plant down was.
