100 Hydraulics

My touch control hydraulics on my 100 will not raise or lower. Last year they got slow and it took awhile raising and lowering before they started working at all. So, where do I begin? Fluid change? New pump (I have one I can take off a parts Super A)? Pressure check (I don't have a gauge and not sure how to use it)? Stuck valve somewhere? I just don't know.

Start with checking if the system has oil. Those pumps are prone to the seal going bad and all the oil goes into the crank case. If you check the crank case level and its over filled the oil came from the hydraulic system. If the pump seal is leaking its easy to change but its possible the shaft has a groove wore in it and a new seal won't seal it.

Well, checking the oil level is a no-go because I just changed the oil. But I will check that seal if I can detect a leak visually.
