350 Industrial

Going to look at this 350 tomorrow. Seller bought for a project and then fell ill so has no history. All he could tell me is that it's gas, "needs work", compression is good, the starter is bad, and one of rear wheels is welded to the hub.

Any info on common issues with these would be most helpful...

Thanks, Jim

I own a 350U which is the Ag version. Replacement wheels are not too tough to find. Pairs of combine wheels can have the same bolt pattern. It is a
pretty simple machine. It may not have a PTO, or if it does It might be a non-live transmission driven type. It may not have a TA if not it is not a
big deal. The front axle may be a straight non adjustable type, which is stronger. It may also have a foot throttle. All in all they are based on
Farmall H engine technology and started life with a 300 Utility. Jim

Thanks Jim, it has no 3 pt hitch or PTO but from the pic the seller sent me it has a beefy looking loader setup (which is what I am looking for). I have a gravel pit on the back of the farm, a mile and a half from the farmstead, and was looking for a cheap loader tractor that I could leave back there for the summer/fall months.
