Couple of 656 Questions

I have a 1970 Farmall 656 diesel. The fuel shut off at the tank bottom leaks. Is there a repair kit for this? The dealers are wanting $85-$100 for this valve and I can't see spending that much for it.

Where is a good place to find original factory parts and service manuals? There are several places selling the reproductions but I am looking for original.
 
I usually source original manuals good 'n' cheap on eBay. The fuel shutoff may be the same deal. The site here may have the valve or you could check in the parts tractor listings on Tractorhouse. You can search by part number there also. The CaseIH parts page or a parts search on Messicks should produce a PN if you don't already have it.

Is it leaking around the packing nut. Often you can back nut off and wind a couple turns of greased up string and stop a leak unless there is no nut of course.
 
BinderBooks is the best place for IH books. They have originals,and reprints that you cant tell from original.
