I have a 1958 International 660 which up to today, always started. Recently, I tried to start it and all it did was clunk but then it started fine without issue.
Today, all it does it clunk loudly when I try to start the engine.
Could be: batteries are toast. They'll charge but not much amperage. They're two 12V collected in parallel.
Could be: starter solenoid is shot or the starter is broke. Starter is a dixie TS-1666.
Could be: engine is seized.
