REAR WHEELS AND TIRES CASE IH 275

Hello all! I came across a little Case IH 275 Diesel 4wd tractor that runs like a champ but the rear rims and tires have had it. They are done.. It has the wide rim lawn tires on it but really don't want to go back with them but I would. Will any Farmall or other make tractor wheels work on this little tractor or does anyone know where to by a pair as cheap as possible? Will just be using it to till my garden and then she'll be done until next season. Thanks for you time and any help.

Did you ever find some rims? I have the same tractor and need replacement rims so I can plow snow this winter.
