I have a 1951 Farmall M that was stuck badly and I fixed all that. It now runs very good. I now am figuring out the hydraulics that I think work good also, but have three questions with pictures.
Q1. Where do you fill the hydraulic oil at in the tractor? There looks like an inlet on the top right side of case and inlets on the left side of case. I just want to make sure.
Q2. Where is the hydraulic oil level? I can see the two inlets on the left side and maybe one is the oil level.
Q3. The lever that actuates the hydraulics hits the case of the tractor by the bell housing. Is there a proper way to keep that from happening? Outside of putting a stop on the case or the control rod by the dash.
I bought an IT Q8 manual but it does not say anything about these basic things.
