Super C manufacture date?

I inherited a Super C that has not been started since 1986 but has been stored under cover the entire time and am trying to figure out the year it was made. There is a plate riveted to the box below the seat. The numbers are 112667 with 181 below and to the right. Does this provide any information regarding the date of manufacture?

Using serial number to left I come up with 1951

the first SC IN 1951 serial# was 100001 last on that yr was 131156 so yours was towards the last of the year 1951 The 1815 is engine speed open throttle

Thank you Gene. What was the comment about the 1815 and open throttle speed? As you can tell this is all new to me so thank you for the help.

The engine will run at a governed speed of 1850 if it is in neutral, and not hooked to anything taking power, (like PTO work or Belt work) when the hand throttle lever is moved to the fastest speed. This is also known as Fast Idle. They are designed to run at that speed when needed for hours at a time. Jim
