cub wheel removal and install

I am switching rear wheels that have weights on 2 cubs. Should I remove the weights first or just remove the 5 bolts and remove the wheel and weights together? I have a floor jack and a cherry picker to work with. What is your advice?

the cherry picker should be able to pick up all together. only thing, after that, is getting from one tractor to the other. simplest way is leave it all together and be really careful when walking the cherry picker with a full load.

I leave the weights on the wheel assembly. My tires are filled with fluid so they are extra heavy but I am able to handle them without the aid of a cherry picker. Just be careful. Sometimes 1 wheel will be filled with fluid and one may not have fluid.
