IH Cub lo boy not running right

I ll start from the beginning. This tractor at first wouldn t start at all after running fine for a while. So I rebuilt the carb. Didn t fix it. Next I replaced the plugs and coil. It starts but back to not starting again. Next I replaced the point and condenser. It now starts without hesitation but it runs rough and sounds like its misfiring. It also stalls out on a hill it had no problem with in the past. Ill upload a video. You now have 2 or three things that you did to it to make it run that may be contributing to it not running well. Check the repairs first,
including the point gap, and fuel supply to the carb. Jim

I rechecked the spark gap and fuel supply. I m going to spend some time tomorrow checking the points again.
