Water Temp Gauge Farmall B

I see Steiner offers a water temperature guage for a Farmall B. What I don't see is a place to screw in the sending unit on my B block?
The only available fitting I can see is the drain pitcock? Is this supposed to replace the pitcock or is there a plug I am not seeing??

It should be installed into a threaded hole in the upper water outlet on the front of the engine to the right side. (it might have a plug in it now. Jim

I do not see any plug in the upper radiator outlet housing? This model does not have a water pump. Guess I will need to remove sheet metal to get a better look see?

They went in the lower outlet going to the radiator but you need a threaded boss on the flat spot on top of the outlet. You can remove the housing and drill and tap for the sender or else buy one that has the hole. They only worked if you have the shutters for dual fuel. Normal engines did not raise the temp enough for the gauge to show any reading. BTDT

I don't need a gauge on our C, when it gets warmed up and working I get a faint smell of coolant once in awhile, but it never really boils. Perfect! Where would you mount a gauge? What I would like is to be better able to see the oil pressure gauge.
