Super C block needed please

Hey Guys,
I'm looking for a Super C block. I'm not sure what numbers I need to use for a cross reference. Also does anyone have a block for sale. Mine is cracked along the side and leaks. Thanks

If it's only leaking externally, unless this is an extreme restoration, the leak can be fixed with epoxy or other means.

If you MUST have a different block, doing a 'net search for the casting number on the block should reveal what's "out there".

898 are the last 3 didgets but I forgot the 1st 3. Mine cracked for no reason many years ago. I drained it,
veed it out & welded it with nickel & it has been dry since.

2 times i ground a v then used rubber cement that they use installing windshields did it on a wrm day with
sun shinning on the block both have lasted great lawn mower B was done 15yrs ago and still holds other was used
small tasks and some long three day tractor rides never did leak sold tractor and owner says still no leak. It
would be worth a try before changing blocks

I have one in Houston Tx. It?s a complete motor off of a
running tractor with a bad transmission. Only reason I bought
it was for the implements. Seller wouldn?t separate. Ended
up scrapping it all out except the motor. It?s been sitting
inside for 10+ years. I suspect it?ll need to be rebuilt.
