Well it took some doing and lots of improvising, and it started right up 1st turn. With the help received from you gentlemen mission accomplished thank you! I tried to send a video but as of yet it didn't come through.
Question, #1 cylinder piston TDC the cam did not open the points 100% and the cylinder piston started down when points were 100% open to .020
am I okay? Sounds like a little knock in there?

You may need to tweak the timing a bit. I would fire it up and have it about half throttle and move the distributor and try for the highest RPM but yet still restart easy. I've been timing engine that way by ear for decades

Okay Old will give it a try, But don't know about that little knocking sound and was thinking maybe when adjusting the valves something to tight or loose?

Loose valve will sound sort of like a sewing machine. Most of the time it is better to have a bit of valve noise because as things wear to gap closes. Now if the noise is low o the engine that is not good
