Is there any way to keep the bolt holding the radiator cap on a F14 from rusting tight. I can heat it and get it loose but after running the tractor a while it just just rusts back tight. Mine is currently rusted tight and I can't tighten it enough to keep radiator fluid from spilling out.

If you have to do that repeatedly, take it apart and run a tap through the crossbar, and re-thread the bolt. Make sure the bolt is not bent. If it is, heat it up a little bit before hammering it straight or it might break.
