International A H-4 Mounting Flange

I have a 1946 International A (serial IAA 169231) with I believe an H-4 Magneto. The bottom piece of the mounting flange (6 515 DX) is broken. Any idea where I can get another one? The parts manual shows an oblong magneto bolt washer (62 493 D) but I do not know why a regular washer would not work. Thanks in advance.

If you are going to get that deep into the mag, you need the "Blue Ribbon Service Manual, GSS-5035.
