Also in addition to my post a couple minutes ago I remember that it hasn't started since I pressure washed the engine lightly about a week ago. Still can't figure out why the hand crank doesn't start it it works so well for the last couple months. now it just seems Frozen

When you say frozen do you mean it's stuck, won't turn over? If so you must of gotten a lot of water in the wrong place!
Take the sparkplugs out and put a few squirts of oil in each cylinder. If it still won't turn over then you have big problems!

The hand crank might be rusted into its mount. the engine could have H2O in a cylinder, the water could have rusted
a cylinder stuck. With a squirt of ATF in an oil can, put one squirt in each cylinder (put the plugs back in).
Wait a day, then try rocking the tractor back and forth as hard as you can forward and backward in 4th gear. If the
fan moves it came unstuck. Jim

While you are in the distributer, look for moisture inside the cap. (Or on the outer surface, for that matter). Also, the plug wires and spark plug boots. Everything must be dry.
