For the last couple of months I've been starting my Farmall a with the crank start easy as can be generally once or twice and start right up by let it run for a while then shut it off. Most recently I tried to start it with the crank and tried multiple times also try the choke a couple times and would not start. I waited a little while went back to try it again and can't lose it crank even an inch feels like it's locked up I'm puzzled

I read your other post about pressure washing it...you didn't get water into the vertical exhaust pipe did you?

WHat I recommend is remove all 4 spark plugs and label each wire end so you don't get them crossed up.

Now see if you can crank the motor.

One cylinder could be hydrolocked, in other words trying to compress a liquid. Its completely recoverable at this point if the engine didn't try to fire.

Did you by chance leave the gas turned on when you walked away and then came back to try spinning it over again then locked up. If you left the gas on one cylinder could have filled with gas. and caused that. Only way to know for sure is pull the plugs out
