M pto shaft seal

gonna replace the oil seal on the pto shaft on my M. any tricks or tips on changing out the seal.

The only trick I have for this is to park the tractor pointing downhill so that you won't lose any fluid when you remove the cover to replace the seal. Also if there is a groove in your shaft from the old seal, you can place the seal a little deeper in the cover so that it seals to a fresh place on the pto shaft.
