Super A info please

I just purchased a Super A. I see there are several variations of the IH A. I'm including a pic of the tag. Could someone more knowledgeable than me please verify the type of "A" it is. I think it's just a plain 1954 Super A.
Also, the engine surges and slows down badly when the throttle is opened up. Is this from the spring in the governor? I seem to remember our old 504 doing the same thing years ago and believe the governor spring was the problem.
I apologize for the inverted pic. No matter how I rotated the original, it insisted on displaying it upside down.

Instead of worrying about what you have or what is wrong with it just sell it to me and I will take care of it. HAHAHA.
Just picking, but only somewhat.
You have a 1954 Super A-1 Farmall. Do you have any pictures of the whole tractor.

It definitely sounds like your governor needs adjustment, and that you should just really sell the tractor to me.

This Super A is no show piece. I bought it to work it. It came with cultivators and a side dresser. I needed a narrow single row cultivating tractor. Think it will do the job. $1,100. Unless it has a problem I ve not yet found, I think it s worth it. But do need to figure out the governor issue. Will try to get a pic as soon as I can, but we ll be in hay the next few days.

It's slightly special, being a Super A-1, that's "aay-one" not "aay-eye" as in Industrial.

Think of it as a pre-100. Has the C123 engine in it, 2" taller radiator, and water pump.

There are several people looking for the tractor that you bought and you weren't even trying to find one. The governor isn't too bad to adjust on these tractors and you definitely got a decent deal on a Super A for $1,100 with a cultivator and side dresser. For a Super A-1, you got a really good deal at that price. As Barnyard Engineering mentioned, there are a few differences from a regular Super A and it's has a fairly low production number compared to other farmall models.
I would still like to see the condition of the entire tractor if you have any pictures, just for the heck of it.
I wouldn't say that a Super A-1 is extremely valuable, but it sure is a lot more collectible than a regular Super A and several people would like to have one.

You asked for pics. As you will probably notice, it has been converted to 12 volts and has a small alternator instead of a generator like our C.
