Sickle mower

I have a IH Pitman less sickle mower that I am taking apart to put a bearing in the wobble box have it all disassemble but cannot figure out how to get the shaft out with the eccentric on it thanks

If its a balanced head there is SOMETHING in there that requires a slide hammer. I remember it from the manual. I am not where the book is and have not worked on mine in many years. Not much help unless that turns a light on for you.
