I have a International 140 when it get to 160 degrees the hydraulics gets to where it will not pick the disk up. It will pick it up when it?s cold Could someone give me someone give me advice on things to look for

The most likely issue is a worn hydraulic pump (on the engine on the right side under the distributor). these pumps are not rebuildable and a good used, or new pump is required)
Another issue is whether the disk will drop down if the tractor is shut off. If so it may indicate a bypassing lift cylinfer in the hydraulik unit (where the lift arms come out)
A third possible issue is a stuck or partially open pressure regulator valve in that system. (internal to the box)
Were it mine, I would first drain out the fluid and (assuming there is no connection to other hydraulic systems with remote connectors) fil it with 15-40 engine oil. this will provide a thicker working fluid to keep it functional when warm. (it is not by the book, but might solve the problem) in very cold below freezing weather, 10-30 engine oil may be needed. Jim
