oil seal behind M break drum

got to replace the oil seals behind the break drum on my M. are these seals above the trans oil? im going the drain the trans oil when I put in new pto seal and want to do the breaks at the same time.

eye up the oil level plug to the seals , pretty sure the seals are higher.

What are you asking?? If draining for the PTO it makes no difference???

For the brakes just park on a block if worried will not leak with a 4x6 or so under the wheel then switch no draining needed if for pto just park facing down hill.
