Farmall Cub

I have a chance to buy 2 Farmall Cubs, $1600.00 for both , decent tires, not beat up, he said they both run but has some minor problems. One has rear wheel weights on it. If I bought them it would be to fix paint and resell, but since I have only owned John Deeres I would like to know what you guys think?

around here, tennessee, if you buy and fix and paint, you will have more money in them than they will bring.

Yea I was afraid of that, I'm in North Mississippi so it will probably be the same here.
I may hold out for a 8n Ford they sell pretty quick here.
