Fuel for a F14

Just wondering what fuel people who have F12/F14 tractors are using. I understand the diaphragm in the fuel pump isn't ethanol friendly and I think that is what is wrong with mine since it won't start this spring and was getting hard to start last year before I put it up for the winter. Should I be using non ethanol gas?

I use non-ethanol gas in my old tractors that might sit for months before I can use it up. Regular gas seems to keep longer and with a bit of Stabil they can sit much longer. I use ethanol gas in my two tractors that I know it will get used up in a reasonable time. Both old, both pre ethanol, never hurts them a bit.
When my F12's diaphragm went out it leaked fuel everywhere, I rebuilt it with a deluxe kit with a pre mounted diaphragm and found my pushrod was worn short, replaced it with a parts one I had that was 3/16" longer, made a huge difference.

where do u buy these diaphrams? I been searching all over for a w9 fuel pump or diaphragm.

Rusted, have couple places you might have luck with. Rice Equipment INC(Clarion Pennsylvania) has diaphragms for the F12/14. Maybe make one for the W9?. They don't list a pump or diaphragm for the 9, but website says to call if don't see it. Other place I would try, is Then & Now Automotive(Weymouth Massachusetts). I have used them for IH truck fuel pumps, L R S models. Might be worth a call phone call, worst they could say is no.

You can buy one right on this site, look up F12 fuel system parts and the W9 is listed on the fuel pump kits. I got mine from thefordsonhousefor $20 less
