656 slips in high side on t/a

What is the problem when in 4th high side and hit the brakes and the tractor stops pulling but doesn?t do it on low side of t/a, this is on a 656

Ya need a new main clutch or i should say Engine clutch . Reason i say this is that If the low side of the t/a is good and the t/a clutch slipped it would automaticity drop down into the t/a and once the load came off it would up shift to the high side once again. SOOO it is the engine clutch that is slipping.
