Farmall 504 head bolt torque

Is the 70-75 pound/ft value in the shop manual correct for the head bolts on a Farmall 504 gas? I torqued and re-torqued the head about a 2 and a half years ago when I did an in-frame. Today I found coolant in the oil and the tell-tale sign of gray crusties on two of the spark plugs.

On the plus side, when I looked in bores through the spark plug holes I saw some vertical scratches (there were some when I did the in-frame, but being a sleeveless motor had decided to run with it). I decided to do a compression test on the cylinders. They tested 155-160-155-160. Pretty good I must say.
