Would it be possible for someone to post a couple of pictures of what your choke rod looks like on your Farmall MD?The one on ours is so bent/cobbled/welded that I would like to see a correct one so maybe I can fab a new one. The parts book lists 2 different lengths, 46 5/8" long & 45 27/32". Any idea as to the different lengths? Thanks.

Don't have a picture but those length are not for a diesel. Diesel also used at least two depending if tractor came with a voltage regulator mounted on the rear fuel tank support or not. Light and start attachment with regulator at tank support probably started during 1950.
