IH Carb Rebuild

Hi, I am working through the carb on my IH 300. The rebuild kit I bought has what looks to be a graphite bushing and also a felt bushing/washer/spacer (not really sure what to call it).

I did not take either of these parts off, but I figure, I paid for them, might as well use them. Only thing is, I don't know where they go.

Anyone be able to help??
Thanks,

The graphite bushing is (iirc) packing for the load needle bottom front of bowl. The old packing would need to be
dug out of there. Be sure it is the same basic size before redoing it!! It is not a solid bushing, it deformes to
seal the thread, and shaft of the needle. The felt disk goes in the bottom of the carb under a washer, it is a fiter
that keeps dirt out of the bowl overflow. Jim
