questions on 560D oil pressure

Changed oil in 560 yesterday, later looked at book ans saw there was supposed to be a washer under the spring in center of filter, is it just a plain washer or something special? second question when I start tractor it takes about 30 seconds before oil pressure guage starts to climb it then goes up to good pressure. Is that normal for the tractor?
 
The original filter can is HUGE, and may take up to a minute for oil pressure to build up as the can must fill first. It's the reason why I switched my 560D to a smaller spin on filter to get oil pressure up sooner as engine has a turbo on it. What you have is normal..

If you are talking about the big flat washer that seals against the top end of the filter.. and if missing the filter is not doing anything because the oil coming from the engine oil pump just flows to the top of the filter and then down the center on it's way to the bearings. The oil does not have to go through the filter. It's was very common to see this when I was working in the IH dealership many years ago.
 
Parts book shows a washer 304010R1 below bigger spring inside filter. guess I better check again to see if there is a big washer over filter
 
you were right. washer missing was one over filter. I have a parts 560 and luckly it had cannister with washer in it. They put a cotter key through center post to keep it from falling out when you change filters. Swaped out the canisters so now filter should work right. thanks for the help.
